Christmas Cards & Candles

Hello ~

Is it weird that I am already excited for Christmas to come, when it's more than a month away? I went to buy some birthday cards at Urban Outfitters, and ended up purchasing a few things along with them. The santa's cookies candle smells like childhood memories and christmas so much that I would highly suggest you to go and buy one! It cost $16, but for up to 30 hours of burning time I think it's a great investment, considering the scent is strong enough even without burning it. If you're not for sickly sweet scents then I would not recommend this particular candle, but Urban Outfitters had a few other Christmas candle scents available (which I personally didn't like). If you ever stop by Urban Outfitters, give this candle a whiff and see how great it really is! :)

Fave Fall Nail Polish

Hello again! :)

So since it is currently the fall season I thought I would share my favourite nail polish with you guys. This polish is by Orly and is in the shade Rococo A Go-Go. It's a really pretty deep plum purple shade with flecks of reddish-orange shimmer in it. The only bad thing about this polish is that it chips a looot, so a top coat would be a must when using it. 

OOTN: Wedding Reception Party

Here's a quick outfit of the night post, where I got to attend a reception party. I took these photos during the day to see the outfit better. The dress and necklace are from Forever 21, and the heels are from dailylook. Clearly I'm a noob at blogging, not capturing a better angle of my heels, so click here for a better view of it. :) 

This dress even came with pockets, which I thought were a great place to store my phone and keys in.

Fresh Start & New Beginnings.

Where to begin.....

       Hello! I'm Evelyn and this could be the millionth time I have started a blog. Countless times I have attempted to keep a blog running, but could never find the drive to keep it going. With the pressure of university (I'm a third year btw) I felt like I just couldn't keep up with blogging and decided that I should part from it. But here I am again, writing to an empty audience with hopes to allow this blog to grow into something more. I can't promise myself that I can commit to this blog regularly, but I can promise that I won't delete it, as this blog not only will be about fashion and beauty, but will also act as a personal diary, which I can look back to in years to come. If you are reading this post I sincerely salute you, for reading the babbling of a random 20 year old Canadian girl. As this is just the beginning, I hope you enjoy the future (and less random) posts that are to come.
